* This tour/activity requires FULL prepayment
in advance to confirm space.
* If you are arriving on a cruise ship and are unable to dock
in Costa Maya, payment less 5% refund processing fee, will
be refunded. You have 14 days from your excursion date to
request refund.
* Please be sure to include your invoice number in any message.
We cannot accept cancellations or reservation changes from
third parties.
* The tour/activity provider reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone who is considered unfit in any way to take
to part in their program.
* NO SHOWS are not refunded under any circumstances

WEST END DIVING ACCEPTS THE ABOVE STATED CREDIT CARD AS PAYMENT
FOR RESERVATIONS, GOODS AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED AT THE MAYA
PALMS RESORT IN MAHAHUAL, MEXICO.
I understand this order request requires PREPAYMENT
of the full amount or a non-refundable deposit (depending
on the requirements of the provider as stated above) be made
for the services/products I am requesting. I authorize charges
to be made to my above numbered credit card in advance for
the total amount necessary for the order as requested. I agree
that a 5% processing fee shall be retained if refund is required.
And refund must be requested within 14 days of excursion.
Further billing information may be provided in a subsequent
email as my order is processed and confirmed.
BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I AFFIRM THAT I ACCEPT FINANCIAL
RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESERVATIONS,GOODS AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED
BY MAYA PALMS RESORT / CHINCHORRO DIVERS. I AUTHORIZE AND
APPROVE THE ABOVE CHARGE AMOUNT TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT
LISTED ABOVE. IN ADDITION I AGREE THAT IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION,
CASH OR CREDIT CARD CHARGES PAID FOR RESERVATIONS, LODGING,
DIVES, MEALS, TOURS, CLASSES, RENTALS, SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED,
TRANSFERRED UNLESS CANCEL AT LEAST 21 DAYS PRIOR TO RESERVATION
DATE.
